In the dark and dingy bowels of a filthy hospital, a nurse stands over a patient who is bound to a toilet throne. The Toilet Slaves Scatology facility has taken another victim, and this poor soul is about to receive their first dose of the unique medication that this place is infamous for. The nurse, dressed head-to-toe in hazmat gear, holds up a large syringe filled with a thick, black liquid. She tilts the patient's head back and forces open their mouth, revealing a trembling tongue. Without hesitation, she plunges the needle into the patient's throat and depresses the plunger, forcing the thick substance down their gullet. With a satisfied smile, the nurse steps back and watches as the patient struggles to swallow the disgusting concoction.
