The patient chokes on the thick, foul liquid, struggling to breathe as it fills his throat. Tears stream down his face, mingling with the spit and snot that now coat his skin. And still, the Nurse isn't satisfied. With a sinister laugh, she steps back, her eyes alight with depraved inspiration. She knows exactly what will punish him next - and she has no qualms about using it. Slowly, deliberately, she unzips her pants and pulls down her underwear. Her filthy act is made all the more repulsive by the sight of her plain white panties, now stained with urine. "Now it's time for the pièce de resistance," she announces, her voice cool and detached. Without another word, she aims her dripping crotch at the patient's face. With a force that sends shivers down his spine, she releases a volley of piss, hitting him square in the face.
