After Dinner Shit Snack

Naturally I’m submissive. It’s what I default to when I’m needing comfort or an attitude adjustment. Yesterday was a bad day. I just had so much anxiety and needed SOMETHING… so, without a plan on what to do with it, I took a shit and it smelled so bad and I’m disgusting so, just going with the flow: this aroma made me really want to taste it, so I did, and I decided to just keep going. I ate about a third of my shit before my real life responsibilities called to me. I had to quickly wash myself up and return to me “real life”. This little “private” session with myself really helped me to center myself. Sometimes we have to Dom ourselves!
