Eating, Farting and Pooping Smell Experiment

I'm doing an all-day experiment where I track what I'm eating and smell my farts through the day, comparing the scents and feelings until finally pooping and seeing if there are differences in smell!

I eat bread with lots of seeds with a spicy jam on top with tea for breakfast, boxed macaroni and cheese for lunch and a juicy peach right before I shit. These are great foods for interesting farts and poop.

I record and sniff my farts and describe them, some small or quite and others louder. The final poop comes with two farts as well that I sniff deeply right before pooping a large amount into my open hand. Holding the poop means I can hold it right up to my nose for lots of smelling!
